Job Description Job Title: Payroll Specialist Location: Mohali Contract Duration: 6 Months Shift Timings: 2 PM IST 11 PM IST Key Responsibilities - Collect and consolidate data from multiple sources such as SharePoint, reporting portals, and other WFM tools. - Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards. - Analyze historical data to predict future workload and staffing requirements. - Design and manage schedules to ensure proper coverage and adherence to service level targets. - Coordinate shift changes, time-off requests, and training schedules. - Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, shifts, and time-off. - Collaborate with HR, Operations, and other teams to align staffing levels with business needs. - Ensure workforce management activities, data management, and reporting processes comply with company policies and labor regulations while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive data. Qualifications and Skills - Minimum 45 years of experience in MIS/WFM. - Expertise in data management, MIS reporting, forecasting, scheduling, and data analysis. - Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, etc.), MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and other Microsoft tools. - Familiarity with WFM key metrics such as Attrition Rate, Shrinkage, Occupancy, Utilization, and others. - Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or similar and database tools like MS Access (added advantage). - Payroll experience preferred. - Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail. - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
