This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure the showroom is always presentable and secure. Responsibilities : - Oversee daily operations of the showroom - Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets - Ensure high standards of customer service - Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment - Maintain the showroom’s visual presentation and cleanliness - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints - Implement security measures to prevent theft - Train new staff and conduct regular performance reviews - Develop and execute sales strategies to improve sales performance - Coordinate with customers and manage relationships Qualifications - Minimum of 3 years experience in retail management, preferably in the jewellery industry - Proven track record of achieving sales targets - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Customer service-oriented with problem-solving abilities - Attention to detail and organizational skills - Flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays Skills Required: - Retail Management - Customer Relationship - Sales and Marketing - Leadership and Team Management - Effective Communication - Customer Service
