Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Senior Sales Executive role based in Ahmedabad, with partial remote work flexibility. The individual will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, creating and delivering proposals, negotiating contracts, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. The role also involves developing and implementing strategic sales plans, staying updated on industry trends, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products. Qualifications - Proven expertise in sales and business development, with strong negotiation and client management skills - Knowledge of HVAC systems, especially Air Handling Units and related products, or experience in technical sales - Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to deliver persuasive proposals and reports - Ability to conduct market research, identify opportunities, and achieve sales targets consistently - Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects - Willingness to travel regionally as required to meet clients - Bachelor's degree or diploma sales
