Other Skills Include - Experience in the Boiler/Power industry - Relevant certifications like PMP (Project Management Professional) III) Handling end to end procurement activity of Mechanical items. - Responsible for RFQ process, closure of Technical, quality & commercial evaluation of offers - Preparation of Comparison Statement, Responsible for commercial negotiations and award of contract - Effective reporting of status of procurement activities of relevant categories for project to enable identification of delays and mitigation plan to meet project schedule. - Provide support to the project in terms of any interventions required while administering supply contracts for relevant categories - Conduct regular procurement reviews to Meet Project schedule & participate in the project review meetings. - Consistently evaluating vendor performance to ensure adherence to predefined specifications and supply of quality material / execution of job work. - To identify & develop NEW Potential vendors thru vendor development cell for every package.
