Job Description

We are seeking a skilledData Business Intelligence Analystto join one of the most fast-paced and exciting teams at Tekion. We are redefining and redesigning the automotive datascape with state-of-the-art data models and business intelligence tools.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in modeling data, designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions tailored for the automotive sector. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into powerful dashboards that optimize customer efficiency and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintainBI dashboards and reportsusing tools likeThoughtSpot (preferred), PowerBI, Lookr, Tableu.
- Model and structure data to enable scalable and efficientanalytics solutions.
- UnderstandETL pipelinesdata integration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and providedata-driven insights.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across BI solutions.
- Conductad-hoc analysisto support business decision-making.

Preferred Skills

- 3-6 yearsof experience inData Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- Proven experience inBI dashboard development and data visualization.
- Strong knowledge ofSQL and data querying techniques.
- Experience in theautomotive industryor familiarity with automotive datasets is a plus.
