Job Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive architectural plans for residential, commercial, and urban projects.
- Conduct site analysis, zoning studies, and feasibility assessments.
- Create master plans, layouts, and conceptual designs in alignment with project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability guidelines.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to integrate design and planning solutions.
- Use CAD and BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.) to develop detailed planning documents.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and planning proposals for clients and authorities.
- Optimize spatial efficiency, land use, and infrastructure design.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of zoning laws, building codes, and urban design principles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, GIS, and other planning software.
