About the Role (Automation Engineer): 🛠️ What You’ll Do: RPA & APA Leadership: - Design end-to-end automation solutions using Automation Anywhere A360 - Implement GenAI and Agentic AI for intelligent task execution - Build RAG-based AI pipelines for enhanced contextual automation - Integrate bots with systems like ERP, CRM, APIs, and databases Co-Pilot & AI Agent Development: - Build AI copilots that assist with human decision-making - Integrate LLM-based agents into automated workflows Collaboration & Delivery: - Translate business needs into scalable automation solutions - Engage with clients to ensure high-quality delivery and value realization ✅ Required Skills & Qualifications: - Strong experience with Automation Anywhere A360 - Practical exposure to AI-integrated RPA, Co-pilot, LLMs, and GenAI - Proficiency in cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP - Excellent client communication and solution ownership - Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field 💼 What We Offer: - Opportunity to work on AI + Automation initiatives with global impact - Innovation-driven team and fast-paced culture - Projects that blend AI, RPA, and real business value 📩 Interested?
