Job Description Role & Responsibilities: - Develop and deploy predictive maintenance models to optimize asset performance and reduce downtime across industrial operations. - Design and implement generative AI solutions tailored to industry-specific challenges, including energy, utilities, and manufacturing. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven insights into cloud platforms, ensuring scalability and security. - Lead the development of machine learning algorithms and statistical models to solve complex business problems. - Utilize advanced data visualization tools to communicate actionable insights to stakeholders. - Drive innovation by exploring and implementing emerging AI technologies relevant to strategic initiatives. - Ensure robustness and accuracy of data pipelines and workflows, leveraging cloud-based architectures. - Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to building a high-performing analytics team. - Partner with external AI and cloud teams to align strategies with operational goals. - Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed models, iterating to improve accuracy and business impact. Preferred Candidate Profile: - Proven expertise in predictive maintenance, generative AI, and cloud-based solutions, with 710 years of relevant experience. - Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL. - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Demonstrated success in deploying AI models in industrial contexts, particularly within energy, utilities, or manufacturing sectors.
