Job Description We are seeking a creative and proactive Digital Content Creator cum Public Relations Officer to join our international school community. This role will involve crafting compelling digital content and managing public relations initiatives to enhance our school's brand presence and foster strong relationships with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Digital Content Creation: - Develop, write, and edit engaging content for various digital platforms, including the school website, blogs, newsletters, and social media. - Create visually appealing multimedia content (videos, graphics, infographics) to support digital storytelling. - Collaborate with faculty and administration to gather and present relevant information about school programs, events, and achievements. Public Relations: - Develop and implement strategic PR initiatives to promote the school's mission, vision, and values. - Cultivate and maintain relationships with community partners, and educational organisations. Social Media Management: - Manage and grow the school's presence across various social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and messaging. - Monitor engagement on social media channels, responding to inquiries and comments in a timely manner. - Analyse social media performance metrics to inform content strategy and improve engagement. Event Promotion: - Plan and promote school events through digital channels, ensuring effective communication and marketing efforts. - Coordinate with event organisers to facilitate successful outreach and participation. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field. - Proven experience in digital content creation and public relations, preferably in an educational setting. - Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in graphic design and multimedia content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva). - Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics. - Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
