Job Description Key Responsibilities - Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage calendars for senior leadership, including scheduling meetings, calls, and internal reviews. This requires close attention to detail and the ability to adapt quickly to frequent changes. Assist in conducting comprehensive financial analysis and review of business models and financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheets, Cash Flows). - Travel Coordination: Handle end-to-end travel planning, including bookings, itineraries, and logistics for team members and guests. - Office Administration: Oversee day-to-day office needsvendor coordination, supplies management, upkeep of shared spaces - Basic Accounting Support: Assist in managing petty cash, tracking expense claims, preparing simple reconciliations, and supporting the Accounts team with document collation and data entry as needed.
