Giggso - DevOps Manager - CI/CD Pipeline

Job Description Job Description As a DevOps Manager, you will lead a team of DevOps & Automation Engineers, who work closely with the development and customer support teams with the goal of improving development, deployment and support. The ideal candidate comes with a deep understanding of Cloud hosting , on-premise infrastructure architecture, and automation of end-to-end release engineering processes. This hands-on technical role requires senior/expert-level skills in DevOps. Key Responsibilities - Design, build and manage highly automated delivery pipelines using approach of Infrastructure as Code - Work with product team and deploy applications on cloud - Real time monitoring of Product environments - Trouble shoot Infra, analyze logs and apply fixes - Handle manual and repetitive maintenance tasks that are technical in nature Required Skills And Experience - At least 7 to 10 years of experience in handling DevOPS Preferably leading a team for 2 Years - Handling DevOps work driven mainly in the cloud (OCI, Google, AWS, Azure) environment - Should have excellent understanding of Devops principles - Experience in the introduction of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) - Experience with Git and Release process. - Experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines. - Experience on Infrastructure as code development using Terraform - Proficient in containerization & deployment management, Docker & Kubernetes - Hands-on experience deploying microservices and other web applications - Experience with Ansible or an equivalent CM tool. - Experience with modern monitoring solutions including but not limited to Elasticsearch/Kibana/Grafana/Prometheus stack - Strong knowledge in any of the Code Review and Security tools - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordination across Product teams and Customers - Exposure to MLOps , deploying and monitoring ML models to production will be plus - Innovation brains - technologists who need to break free from standard programming roles to develop vision at speed and scale and become owners of a feature or product within our platform (ref:hirist.tech)
