Role: Data Excellence Consultant

Radius Intelligent Automation is an IT Consulting & Services Organisation based in UK. It offers solutions and services in cloud, Data & Analytics, AI & Automation working with various technology partners. Radius has set up its subsidiary RIAL India Private Limited which offers Offshore Delivery capabilities to its global customers and partners.

Intuita is a data consultancy that delivers practical, high-quality solutions across the full data journey, from strategy and engineering to analytics, AI, and applications. Intuita works with some of the UK's leading organisations, helping them unlock the full potential of their data to drive better decisions, greater efficiency, and lasting value.

As part of its growth, Intuita are establishing an Offshore Delivery Centre (ODC) in Bangalore, India, in partnership with Radius. The ODC will be a fully integrated extension of Intuita's UK and Croatia teams, embedding offshore colleagues directly into project delivery while maintaining the same standards, culture, and ways of working that define Intuita.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Data Excellence Consultant to join a growing consultancy and work in its talented teams with specific accountability around Data Quality to support and increase our Data Governance focus. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional that would sit within our Data Excellence pillar to evolve and make their mark within an established team of consultants, with opportunities to develop a strong career path within an ambitious consultancy across a varied client base and ultimately form trust in provision of data to all consumers.

You'll sit within our Data Excellence division and report into our Data Excellence Practice Director.

In terms of data skills, Data Excellence spans multiple disciplines, including data architecture, data modelling, data quality, metadata management, data governance, data literacy, and data responsibility..

Above all, we care about encouraging a cultural shift in the way businesses view data and ensuring we instil trust in data throughout its whole lifecycle providing that ultimate kitemark / stamp on data to consume with confidence.

The Data Excellence goal is to implement required and desired business capabilities, treating data as an asset. We are looking for hands-on data talent, as well as growing business development mentality. The Data Excellence focus at Intuita is entrepreneurial in nature, which is why we seek a good measure of commercial acumen too.

Your typical week will include:

Putting together compelling customers propositions for Data Quality

Growing our internal and external product offerings along with our Data Excellence team focusing on Data Quality as part of Data Management by Design

Hands-on with partner technologies including Data Cataloguing and Data Quality Management Platforms

Ensuring end to end Data Quality frameworks are effective and relevant for clients

Contributing to Intuita internal data excellence implementation and growth

Contributing towards publications and socialisation of our service offering

Identifying opportunities and creating awareness with potential clients

This is a hybrid role, covering client facing projects and internal implementations.

Skills:

Data Quality Framework design and implementation

Data Quality Rule formation and implementation

DQ Metrics and Monitoring exposure and design

Process and Procedure design and implementation

Data Maturity benchmarking

Strong Data analysis to uncover root cause DQ Issues and communicate with stakeholders.

Capable of diagnosing client issues whilst identifying opportunities as well as providing compelling, practical solutions with respect to wider Data Quality / Data Management capabilities

Good understanding of organisation core functions: Sales & Marketing, Finance, Human resources, Learning, Risk and Legal, Supply Chain.

Proven success in Data Quality related discipline projects or roles
