Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the creative team to design and produce engaging visuals for branding, social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and print materials.
- Develop graphic content that aligns with the clients brand identity, business goals, and target audience.
- Assist in creating layouts, illustrations, typography, iconography, and other visual elements as part of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with current design trends and propose new concepts and ideas to elevate client projects.
- Support the senior design team in brainstorming sessions and contribute to developing concepts and mood boards.
- Ensure consistency across all platforms, maintaining high standards of design and brand guidelines.
- Edit and refine designs based on feedback from senior designers and clients.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in graphic design (internship or freelance experience is acceptable).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva to design engaging visuals for presentations, social media, and marketing materials. Familiarity with tools like Figma, KeyShot and AI design tools is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles is desirable.
- Understanding of social media trends and content creation for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Strong creativity and visual design skills, with an eye for detail and typography.
- Ability to communicate design ideas effectively and work in a collaborative environment.
- A portfolio showcasing your design work, including branding, digital, and print projects.

Nice to Have:

- Basic video editing and motion graphics skills using After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar softwares.
- Experience working with real estate, luxury, or hospitality brands.
- An interest in sustainability and eco-conscious design practices.
