Urgent Billing Staff

Job Summary The Billing Staff is responsible for preparing and issuing customer invoices accurately and on time ensuring proper documentation of all billing activities and handling customer queries related to billing Key Responsibilities Generate and issue accurate customer invoices based on sales orders or service delivery Maintain proper billing records and filing of invoices Track pending payments and follow up with customers Update customer account statements regularly Handle customer billing queries and resolve discrepancies Coordinate with sales and operations teams to confirm service details before invoicing Record all billing transactions in the ERP accounting system Prepare reports on billing status payment collections and outstanding balances Ensure compliance with GST invoicing rules Assist in preparing monthly billing reports for management Required Skills and Qualifications Diploma B Com in Accounting or related field 1-2 years of experience in billing or invoicing Familiarity with billing software and ERP systems Tally QuickBooks etc Knowledge of GST billing format and tax laws Good numerical skills and attention to detail Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic Excel knowledge Working Hours Shift-Based Timing Between 9 00 AM to 8 00 PM as per the assigned shift schedule Job Type Full-time Pay 9 538 18 - 32 409 35 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Billing 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
