Job Description

- Manage, draft and review various types of contracts and agreements.
- Provide legal advice to the organisation on contract matters.
- Maintain an updated database of all contracts, agreements, and related documentation.
- Liaise with external legal counsel as needed.
- Ensure all contracts comply with local and international laws and regulations.
- Work closely with various departments to understand and address their contract requirements.
- Conduct regular training sessions to educate staff on contractual obligations and rights.
- Participate in negotiation and mediation meetings, representing the company's legal interests.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Contracts professional should have:

- A law degree from a recognised university.
- Substantial knowledge and understanding of contract law, preferably within the Industrial / Manufacturing and Chemical Industry.
- Outstanding negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in legal research and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
