Scope Technical Architect is responsible for defining and driving the overall infrastructure strategy architecture and roadmap This role ensures that infrastructure solutions are scalable secure cost-effective and aligned with business needs As a senior technical authority the Technical Architect collaborates with leadership engineering and operations teams to design solutions establish standards and oversee major transformation initiatives across compute storage networking security and cloud environments Our current technical environment o Microsoft Azure o VMware Esxi What you ll do o Serve as the technical escalation point for critical incidents and cross-domain issues o Perform deep-dive troubleshooting root cause analysis RCA and long-term fixes for recurring problems o Lead infrastructure upgrades migrations and complex changes across compute storage network and cloud environments o Work closely with L3 and architecture teams on solution design providing operational insights and recommendations o Drive process improvements and establish advanced SOPs runbooks and knowledge-sharing documents o Collaborate with security and compliance teams to enforce governance and risk mitigation o Engage with vendors for escalations patch management and advanced product support o Contribute to capacity planning performance benchmarking and cost optimization efforts o Provide technical leadership for large-scale projects such as cloud migrations data center consolidations and automation initiatives o Partner with stakeholders business application security operations to align infrastructure with organizational strategy o Conduct technology assessments PoCs and vendor evaluations to recommend best-fit solutions o Mentor and provide technical direction to L1-L2 teams o Collaborate with enterprise architects and solution architects to ensure infrastructure supports application and business requirements What we are looking for o Bachelor s degree in IT Computer Science Electronics preferred or equivalent diploma o 12 years of progressive infrastructure experience with 3-5 years in solution technical architecture o Deep expertise across multiple domains compute Windows Linux virtualization networking storage backup cloud AWS Azure GCP and security o Strong background in solution design systems integration and enterprise IT strategy o Proficiency in automation and orchestration Terraform Ansible Kubernetes CI CD DevOps practices o Excellent communication stakeholder management and leadership skills o Strong understanding of ITIL processes governance and enterprise operations o Ability to balance innovation with operational stability and cost efficiency o This role involves rotational shifts including night shifts to provide 24 7 application support o Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as per shift schedule o Ability to handle responsibilities independently during off-hours Our Values If you want to know the heart of a company take a look at their values Ours unite us They are what drive our success - and the success of our customers Does your heart beat like ours Find out here All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race color religion sex sexual orientation gender identity national origin disability or protected veteran status
