The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves managing the sales process, conducting client consultations, providing product or service training, and collaborating with the team to meet and exceed sales targets. Regular communication with clients and stakeholders will be a key aspect of the day-to-day responsibilities. Qualifications - Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for client interactions and relationship-building - Experience in Sales and Sales Management, including managing the sales cycle and achieving targets - Ability to facilitate Training sessions and provide product or service knowledge to clients - Proven ability to work autonomously in a remote environment - Solid organizational skills and attention to detail in sales operations - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred - Knowledge of digital transformation trends and strategies is a plus
