We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our team. This is an entry-level position suitable for freshers who are eager to learn and grow in the field of telemarketing and sales.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Provide information about products and services to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and sales.

Skills and Qualifications

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to persuade and influence others.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
