(Immediate Start) Project Execution

Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Management:
- Assist in the development of project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of projects, ensuring milestones are met and risks are mitigated.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment with company goals.
- Monitor project progress, prepare regular reports for senior management, and adjust plans as necessary to keep projects on track.
Budget & Financial Management:
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets and ensure that all financial targets are met.
- Monitor and control project costs, identifying and addressing any financial risks or issues.
- Approve project expenditures and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Quality Assurance & Compliance:
- Ensure that all projects adhere to industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that construction and development activities meet the required specifications.
- Manage any compliance issues related to zoning, permits, and environmental regulations.
Team Leadership & Coordination:
- Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Foster a collaborative and positive working environment, ensuring clear communication among all project stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., legal, finance, sales) to align project activities with overall business objectives.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle, including delays, disputes, or changes in scope.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, investors, and other key stakeholders.
- Manage client expectations and ensure that all project deliverables meet their requirements.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and clients on project status and outcomes.
