Job Description : • Architect and implement scalable, fault-tolerant data pipelines using AWS Glue, Lambda , EMR, Step Functions, and Redshift • Build and optimize data lakes & data warehouses on S3, Redshift, Athena • Develop Python-based ETL/ELT frameworks and reusable transformation modules • Integrate RDBMS, APIs, Kafka/Kinesis, and SaaS systems into unified data models • Lead data modeling, schema design, and partitioning strategies • Implement data quality, observability, lineage via AWS Glue Data Catalog, Glue Data Quality, or third-party tools • Drive data governance, IAM security, encryption, and compliance • Work with cross-functional teams across Data Science, Analytics, Product & DevOps • Build CI/CD pipelines for data workflows using AWS CodePipeline / GitHub Actions • Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance & code reviews • Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive platform optimization Mandatory Skills ✔ Strong experience in AWS Data Engineering ✔ Hands-on with AWS Glue, Lambda , EMR, Step Functions, DynamoDB, Redshift, Athena, S3 ✔ Advanced Python programming (pandas, PySpark , boto3) ✔ Strong SQL, data modeling, optimization techniques ✔ Experience building data lakes, warehouses, and streaming pipelines ✔ Good understanding of IaC (Terraform / CloudFormation) ✔ Experience with CI/CD, Git, and DevOps workflows ✔ Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes
