Job Description

Factory Manager New Precast Facility

Location: Just outside Bangalore

Basant Betons, Indias leading producer of concrete landscaping products, is growing After building a strong reputation for quality and innovation, we are now setting up anew precast concrete factorynear Bangalore. This modern facility will use thelatest technologies from around the worldto bring international standards to the Indian precast industry.

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations of the new precast manufacturing facility.
- Implement best practices in production, quality control, safety, and maintenance.
- Lead, train, and motivate a skilled workforce.
- Coordinate with senior management on production planning, efficiency targets, and process optimization.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products to meet market demand.
- Drive continuous improvement by adopting the latest global innovations in precast technology.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering(Masters preferred).
- 812 years of experience inprecast concrete or heavy construction materials manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Hands-on expertise in production processes, plant maintenance, and quality systems.
