We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Presentation Specialist/PPT Designer to be the visual architect of our client proposals and pitch decks. The first impression we make is often through our presentations. We need an expert who can communicate the scale, creativity, and logistical mastery of our proposals through exceptional design. Responsibilities - Design High-Impact Decks: Create, edit, and format stunning presentations (primarily in PowerPoint/Google Slides) for competitive client pitches, detailed event proposals, and strategic planning reports. - Visualize Event Concepts: Translate creative themes, venue layouts (floor plans, stage setups), mood boards, detailed logistics, and production elements into clear, engaging, and dynamic visual graphics and diagrams. - Media & Theming: Curate and flawlessly integrate inspirational imagery, thematic elements, video, and event renderings to capture the look and feel of a proposed event. - Template & Brand Management: Maintain and enforce rigorous design standards and brand guidelines, ensuring all materials are premium, consistent, and reflective of our expertise in high-end event management. - Rapid Iteration: Work quickly and efficiently with the Sales and Creative teams to incorporate client feedback and make real-time design changes during the proposal phase. Qualifications - Experience: 2+ years of professional experience focused on high-volume, high-stakes presentation design and production, preferably within the Event Management, Creative Agency, or Marketing/Design sectors. - Technical Proficiency: Expert-level mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides is non-negotiable. Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) for creating custom icons, infographics, and cleaning up imagery is highly desirable. - Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional layout skills, visual hierarchy, and the ability to simplify complex event information into clear, compelling visuals. - Soft Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously under demanding deadlines. A keen eye for detail and uncompromising commitment to quality. Required Skills Expert-level mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides, experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop). Preferred Skills Experience in Event Management, Creative Agency, or Marketing/Design sectors. Pay range and compensation package Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
