Job Requisition ID 25WD93719 Position Overview The Professional Services practice partners closely with manufacturing customers to shape their digital strategies define outcome-driven success criteria assess current processes develop business value justification and prepare organizations for implementation of Autodesk solutions across their product development and manufacturing lifecycle As a leader within this function you will play a pivotal role in Growing the team s impact in presenting compelling investment proposals for manufacturing transformation Expanding capability to design transformation roadmaps across PLM PDM design automation and factory layout workflows Developing modern consulting strategies aligned to manufacturing industry trends Overseeing commercial proposal development and value engineering activities Building trusted customer relationships grounded in expertise engineering knowledge and business outcomes Responsibilities Team Leadership Delivery Excellence Motivate lead and manage an expanding team of Business Consultants Business Development Executives and Implementation Consultants Direct day-to-day activities set clear expectations and provide coaching mentoring and performance management Provide regular reporting on customer engagement progress risks and overall engagement health Drive a culture of quality execution excellence and customer value Customer Commercial Engagement Partner with Sales to support new business pursuits and win strategic manufacturing engagements Apply solution-selling techniques to articulate value across PLM PDM Factory Design Digital Manufacturing and automation workflows Lead preparatory efforts to ensure readiness for net-new professional services engagements Ensure alignment and compliance with Autodesk s consulting methodologies and delivery policies Strategic Consulting Collaborate with customers to understand business goals product development challenges factory operations and desired outcomes Conduct analysis of manufacturing processes data flows value streams and industry trends to develop actionable value-driven recommendations Oversee customer digital transformation initiatives using Autodesk solutions such as Fusion 360 Inventor Vault Factory Design Utilities and cloud collaboration platforms Advise clients on long-term digital strategies innovation opportunities and roadmap planning Demonstrate strong strategic thinking executive presence stakeholder management and decisive leadership Minimum Qualifications Bachelor s degree or above preferably in Mechanical Engineering Manufacturing Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related field Proven experience in the Manufacturing industry specifically in areas such as PLM PDM mechanical design industrial equipment design product development factory design or manufacturing process optimization Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in relevant industries Minimum 5 years of experience managing teams in consulting advisory or delivery environments Strong communication skills with customers partners and internal stakeholders Ability to travel approximately 25 of the time Preferred Qualifications Experience working with global enterprise manufacturing customers Strong understanding of Autodesk s manufacturing portfolio e g Fusion 360 Inventor Vault Factory Design Utilities or competitive PLM PDM technologies Proven success in scaling teams and consulting practices Experience creating or managing commercial proposals SOWs or consulting offerings Bonus Exposure to AEC workflows construction processes or cross-industry collaboration LI-SV2 Learn More About Autodesk Welcome to Autodesk Amazing things are created every day with our software -
