Job Description

EF&T is a Telecommunications and ICT Services company, a subsidiary of Australian-based company Efiniti Telecommunication Services Ltd - a trusted name in the Telecommunications and ICT sector since 2006.

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore, India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing innovative software solutions and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Employment: Full Time

Location: Bangalore, India

Key accountabilities and responsibilities:

- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimise performance.
- Develop tools/ applications to accelerate certain tedious manual tasks.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Timely updates and reports to key stakeholders

Skills and Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in software development.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a programming language such as JS frameworks, such as Node, React.
- Experience with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React).
- Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Sound Knowledge of AWS.
- Excellent knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and perform work under pressure.
- Interest in technology and a hunger to learn new products and features.
