Job Title Customer Relationship Executive Female Job Type Full Time Experience 0-6 Months About the Role The CRE will play a crucial role in driving sales through tele calling and maintaining customer relationships This position is responsible for generating new orders guiding customers through the ordering process via WhatsApp and ensuring excellent service to enhance customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities 1 Tele calling and Sales Conduct outbound calls to potential customers with the goal of securing at least 10 new orders daily Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and promote our fish delivery services Effectively communicate the benefits of our services and convert inquiries into orders 2 Customer Guidance Introduce and explain the ordering process through WhatsApp to interested customers Provide assistance and answer questions related to the ordering process delivery options and product offerings 3 Escalation Management Forward customer escalations and concerns to the CEO for timely resolution Ensure that all customer issues are documented and communicated effectively to the management 4 Referral Generation Encourage satisfied customers to provide referrals and recommend our services to others Maintain a log of referrals and follow up with potential leads generated from existing customers 5 Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business Regularly follow up with customers post order to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction 6 Reporting and Documentation Maintain accurate records of calls made orders secured and customer interactions in the CRM system Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and customer feedback to the management Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 15 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Health insurance Internet reimbursement Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Application Question s How do you rate your communication skills in a scale of 1 to 10 Work Location In person Expected Start Date 14 08 2025
