About the Role: We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate fresh graduates to join our recruitment team as IT Recruiters. You will learn and manage the entire recruitment process for various IT roles across different technologies and domains. Key Responsibilities: Understand client requirements and job descriptions for IT positions. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases. Screen and shortlist resumes based on role requirements. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports. Assist in onboarding selected candidates. Desired Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of IT roles/terminologies (training will be provided). Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Enthusiastic to learn recruitment and HR processes.
