Key Responsibilities - Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver suitable profiles. - Utilize sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent for technical and non-technical roles. - Manage the recruitment lifecycle efficiently while adhering to US/EST time-zone expectations. - Conduct initial candidate assessments to determine fitment. - Provide timely updates to stakeholders and maintain recruitment SLAs. - Assist in onboarding coordination when required.
