Civil Engineer

Position Title Civil Engineer Key Responsibilities Facility Planning and Design Collaborate with architects mechanical engineers and textile specialists to plan and design textile printing facilities Consider factors such as layout optimization workflow efficiency and compliance with industry standards Structural Analysis and Design Perform structural analysis and design of buildings foundations and other structures within the facility Ensure that structures can support heavy machinery and withstand operational loads Utilities and Services Design and oversee the installation of utilities and services necessary for textile printing operations including water supply systems HVAC systems electrical systems and wastewater treatment facilities Safety and Compliance Ensure that the facility meets safety regulations and industry standards for fire safety occupational health and environmental protection Implement safety measures to protect workers and prevent accidents Project Management Manage construction projects from conception to completion Develop project schedules budgets and procurement plans Coordinate with contractors vendors and regulatory authorities to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery Maintenance and Repair Develop maintenance plans and schedules to ensure the ongoing operation of textile printing facilities Coordinate routine maintenance activities and oversee repairs as needed to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity Environmental Sustainability Identify opportunities to improve environmental sustainability in textile printing operations Implement measures to reduce water and energy consumption minimize waste generation and enhance recycling and reuse initiatives Quality Assurance and Control Implement quality assurance and control measures to ensure that construction projects meet design specifications and quality standards Conduct inspections and tests to verify compliance with regulatory requirements Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate records of project documentation including drawings specifications permits and inspection reports Prepare regular progress reports for management and stakeholders Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction in facility design construction and operation Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve efficiency and productivity Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field Previous experience in civil engineering roles preferably in industrial or manufacturing settings Knowledge of building codes zoning regulations and industry standards relevant to industrial facilities Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD Revit or Civil 3D Strong project management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Attention to detail and commitment to quality safety and environmental sustainability Perks Benefits Competitive salary Salary is not a constraint for the right candidates Subsidized meals Free accommodation Send your resume to krr hr kcgroups in mrckarur kcgroups in Contact us at 98653 62799 Join us and be a part of our vibrant team in Karur Your next career move awaits Apply now Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Preferred Work Location In person
