TCS is Hiring Mobile Automation Tester For Hyderabad and Pune location Experience : 6 - 8 years Mode of interview: Virtual Location : Hyderabad and Pune JOB DESCRIPTION: Must have : - Learning and upskilling to build and enhance automation frameworks. - Strong Quality engineering and Test management skill sets. Good understanding of 'Retail Banking' domain and requirement. - Good knowledge on Core Java, Maven / Gradle, Junit, TestNG, Java IDE's along with Selenium(WebDriver), Appium,. - Good understanding of HTTP, JSON protocol and syntax, Cucumber, BDD methodology, Gherkin syntax, JIRA, Jenkins (CICD exposure) and Confluence. - Agile methodology / SAFe with 'in-sprint' automation - Basic understanding of Performance and Cyber Security Quality Engineering - Understanding of cloud-based architectures - Good understanding of Browser Stack or any other cloud-based device farms. - Understanding of 'Kotlin', 'Swift' is an added advantage. Responsibilities: - Implement all test activities (Behaviour Driven Development (BDD), API test, UI Tests (Browser and Mobile), Exploratory Test, Accessibility Test etc.) adhering to the Global Test Strategy. - Work across all POD activities and support across cross POD teams/ Quality Engineering teams in ensuring any testing related dependencies / touch points are in place. Delivering well structured, maintainable, and fully tested systems in time and budget. Working through the development and support phases of project delivery. - Represent Quality Engineering at Scrum meetings, all other key project meetings and provide a single point of accountability and escalation for testing within the POD - Establish effective working relationships across all stakeholders. Strong communication skills and experience in liaising with stakeholders. - Provide recommendations to the Product Owner and/or other project stakeholders on the product readiness to go live. - Provide on-going input into the overall process improvement of the Quality Engineering discipline. - Need to demonstrate problem solving skills by providing suggestive ways and workarounds while at blocker instances to not hamper delivery or timelines. - Need to close the gaps and work closely with team and measure the improvements. Contribution towards efficiency / Value addition.
