An Accounts Executive in a manufacturing plant is responsible for managing daily financial operations handling accounting records preparing reports and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards specific to the sector About Fusion Building Materials Pvt Ltd Fusion Building Materials Pvt Ltd is a subsidiary of the Fusion Group of Companies a dynamic and diversified organization with deep roots in the infrastructure sector Our journey began with a clear vision to revolutionize industry with eco-friendly sustainable solutions Over the years Fusion Group has grown into a trusted name driving innovation and environmental responsibility across every venture we undertake We re shaping the future of sustainable construction with our premium AAC blocks and eco-friendly solutions Key Responsibilities Oversee daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements and reports Reconcile accounts and handle all banking transactions Assist in budget creation expense monitoring and financial forecasting Ensure compliance with industry-specific accounting standards and regulations Manage accounts payable and receivable processes Support internal and external audits by coordinating with auditors Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial operations Conduct periodic audits and assist with external audit requirements Required Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field At least 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing accounting role Strong knowledge of accounting principles cost accounting and financial reporting Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally Focus and Microsoft Office especially Excel Attention to detail analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to maintain confidentiality strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities Familiarity with manufacturing industry regulations tax laws and internal auditing practices Essential Skills Cost Accounting and Financial Acumen Technological proficiency in ERP and accounting tools Legal and Regulatory Knowledge for statutory compliance Communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders Problem-solving to address challenges in financial processes Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
