As a part of the team, you will deliver technology stack, using strong analytical and problem solving skills to understand the business requirements and deliver quality solutions. You'll be working on complex technical problems that will involve detailed analytical skills and analysis. This will be done in conjunction with fellow engineers, business analysts and business stakeholders. To be successful as a Technical Lead - AVP, you should have experience with: - You aspire to deliver the principles of clean coding on Java and Java based frameworks like Spring Boot. - You have knowledge with development of RESTful web services. - You have excellent working experience in latest Java versions. - You have an understanding of Microservice design patterns. - You have an understand of Enterprise Container Platforms, Openshift, AWS etc. - You have knowledge on modern database technologies like MongoDB. - You have knowledge on testing frameworks such as Junit, Mockito, Cucumber. - You have understanding of SCM, packaging and build tools GIT, Gitlab and Gradle. - You have knowledge of Test Driven, behavior driven development, with a passion for test automation. Some Other Highly Valued Skills Include - You have knowledge of working within Financial Services industry. - You have knowledge in creating prototypes and working directly with stakeholders. This role is based in Pune. Purpose of the role To design, develop and improve software, utilising various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues. Accountabilities - Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance. - Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives. - Collaboration with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing. - Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations and actively contribute to the organization's technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth. - Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions. - Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
