Job Title: Slack Enterprise Technical Support Specialist Experience: 1+ Year Location: Remote (India) Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent Notice Period: Immediate Joiner / 15 Days About the Role We are looking for a Slack Enterprise Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic support team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing Slack enterprise environments, troubleshooting user and integration issues, and ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across large organizations. This role demands a strong technical aptitude, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to assist users with complex Slack configurations, integrations, and enterprise-level features — including unlimited message history, unlimited app integrations, and group collaboration tools. Key Responsibilities - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Slack Enterprise customers via chat, email, or remote sessions. - Manage and optimize Slack workspaces — including settings for unlimited message history, channel management, and external collaboration. - Assist in configuring and maintaining unlimited app integrations with tools such as Google Workspace, Jira, Salesforce, and others. - Support users with group meetings, Slack huddles, and group external messaging setup. - Troubleshoot authentication, access, and permission-related issues in Slack Enterprise Grid. - Collaborate with internal IT, DevOps, and security teams to ensure smooth user experience and data security compliance. - Create and maintain support documentation, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides for internal and external users. - Escalate complex technical issues to engineering or vendor teams while maintaining ownership until resolution. Required Skills & Qualifications ✅ Must Have Skills: - 1+ year of experience in Slack administration or enterprise technical support. - Hands-on experience with Slack Enterprise Grid features (message history, integrations, access management). - Strong understanding of API integrations, OAuth 2.0, and webhooks. - Experience supporting remote collaboration tools and enterprise communication platforms. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach. ⭐ Good to Have Skills: - Familiarity with SaaS support operations, ticketing systems (Jira, Zendesk, Freshdesk). - Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and automation scripts (Python, Shell). - Experience with data retention policies, compliance configuration, or enterprise rollout for collaboration tools. - Slack Certified Admin or Support certification (preferred but not mandatory). Professional Attributes - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Customer-centric approach with attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment. - Proactive and self-motivated, with a focus on continuous learning. Educational Qualification 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
