Role Description

This full-time on-site role for a Senior Beautician is located in Mumbai. The Senior Beautician will provide a variety of beauty services, including haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments, skincare services like facials, manicures, pedicures, and specialized bridal and party makeup. The individual will also be expected to maintain a high standard of hygiene, provide personalized consultations, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include keeping up with the latest beauty trends, managing inventory, and training junior staff.

Qualifications

- Expertise in Skincare, Facials, Manicures, and Pedicures
- Skilled in Bridal and Party Makeup
- Ability to maintain high hygiene standards and provide personalized consultations
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Capability to keep up with the latest beauty trends and manage inventory
- Experience in training and supervising junior staff
- Relevant certifications in cosmetology or beauty therapy
