Collaborate with clients and identify stakeholders to understand their manufacturing processes, identify pain points, and gather requirements for the MES (Camstar/Opcenter).
Perform analysis during requirement phase such as Impact, feasibility, Gap and convert them into the real-time requirement
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, workflows, and system configurations.
Provide guidance on MES(Camstar/Opcenter) best practices to enhance manufacturing operations, quality, and compliance.
Knowledge on the Semi conductor, Electronic Industry and Medical Device which leverage with the Camstar/Opcenter tool
Providing demo to the user and technical team to trim down the In-Scope and Out-Scope functionalities.
Configure and customize MES(Camstar/Opcenter) solutions to align with client requirements and industry standards.
Design and develop system workflows, data models, and interfaces to enable real-time data flow between MES(Camstar/Opcenter) and other systems like ERP, PLM, and SCADA.
Develop detailed functional and technical documentation to support configuration and customization efforts.
Understanding the technical aspects such as designer functions, Portal studio and Management studio
Customize MES (Camstar/Opcenter) modules and workflows to meet client-specific needs, ensuring system scalability and maintainability.
Conduct thorough system testing and debugging to address any issues before deployment.
Lead the integration of MES (Camstar/Opcenter) with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, SCADA, quality management systems) to create a cohesive digital manufacturing environment.
Work with IT and operations teams to set up data pipelines, establish communication protocols, and validate data accuracy across systems.
Ensure MES (Camstar/Opcenter) complies and leveraged with the customer requirement and system limitations by performing functional and integration testing
Lead MES (Camstar/Opcenter) implementation projects, coordinating with clients, project managers, and technical teams to meet project milestones.
Manage system configuration, testing, and validation activities to ensure a successful go-live.
Provide support during go-live, troubleshooting technical issues, and optimizing system performance.
Train end-users on MES (Camstar/Opcenter) functionalities, ensuring adoption and efficiency in system usage.
Provide post-implementation support, monitoring system performance and addressing user-reported issues.
Assist clients in refining and enhancing MES (Camstar/Opcenter) functionalities based on evolving business needs.
Conduct regular assessments of MES (Camstar/Opcenter) functionality and recommend optimizations to improve manufacturing efficiency.
Stay up-to-date with shop floor issues and provide the solutions to continue uninterrupted production process
