Job Summary Happiest Minds is seeking a talented and experienced Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP). You will work on a variety of exciting projects, leveraging data to drive insights and solutions that enhance business outcomes. Key Responsibilities - Build and deploy machine learning models to address business challenges. - Analyze and interpret complex data sets using statistical techniques and tools in Python. - Develop and implement NLP applications that enhance our product offerings. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver impactful data-driven solutions. - Conduct experiments and prototyping, and translate complex results into actionable insights. - Monitor model performance and retrain models as necessary. - Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in data science and machine learning. Required Skills And Qualifications - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 5 years of relevant work experience as a Data Scientist. - Proficiency in Python programming and familiar with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and TensorFlow. - Strong understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms. - Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and its applications. - Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to work with large datasets. - Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail. - Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner. - Experience working in an Agile or similar project management environment is a plus.
