Make a consultant Database shortlist consultants for a new project Review and Extract structural information from drawings software model Review of DBR Geotech report Wind Tunnel Reports Review Consultants Drawings BOQs and provide Value Engineering suggestions for improvisation in terms of technology and cost Ensure code standards and criteria are adhered by Consultants Provide technical guidance feedback to Design Architects Consultants Structural Calculations BOQ preparation oEnsure design is in conformance of time cost schedule and contractual requirement Coordinate and assist the line manager to develop and continuously improve the design review process and to maintain quality Value engineer the structural design along with Peer review consultant and optimize cost Coordinate with Consultants for timely deliverables Regular site visits to ensure execution is as per design intent Address RFIs and provide solutions without compromising on quality design May act in an advisory capacity to senior management personnel on engineering related matters
