Induction and Onboarding - Participate in a comprehensive induction programme to integrate smoothly into OIS. - Understand school policies, curriculum expectations, and operational practices. Professional Development - Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities aligned with OIS strategic goals. - Attend workshops, training, and educational programs to enhance teaching and technical skills. Teaching and Learning Support - Plan and deliver engaging Design Technology lessons aligned with the curriculum. - Incorporate hands-on, practical activities and digital tools to support student learning. - Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback to enhance learning outcomes. Support Systems - Utilize personal and professional support resources provided by OIS. - Collaborate with coordinators and peers to improve teaching practices and student learning experiences. Continuous Improvement - Reflect on teaching practices and implement improvements based on feedback and best practices. - Stay updated with advancements in Design Technology pedagogy, tools, and assessment strategies.
