Key Responsibilities - Oversee quality control procedures across the production process - Conduct internal audits, inspections, and reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, GMP, FSSAI, Kosher, Halal) - Investigate and address non-conformities, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) - Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure customer quality requirements are met - Maintain documentation for regulatory audits, batch records, and certifications - Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and product quality - Support R&D and production in validating and scaling up new formulations - Serve as a point of contact for quality-related customer queries and support - Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry best practices Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field - Proven experience in quality assurance/control in the essential oils, flavor & fragrance, or chemical industry - Strong knowledge of industry certifications and quality management systems - Expertise in auditing, compliance, and documentation - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Effective communication and team collaboration abilities - Certifications in Quality Management Systems (QMS) such as ISO 9001, HACCP, or Six Sigma are a strong plus If you're passionate about natural products, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are ready to grow with a global leader, we'd love to hear from you.
