Summary

Gain well is seeking a Copywriter to craft engaging, high-impact content for website copy, ad campaigns, social media posts, and internal communications. This role will focus on writing clear, concise, and persuasive content that supports marketing initiatives and enhances Gain wells digital presence.

The ideal candidate has a strong B2B writing background, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to write for different platforms and audiences while maintaining brand consistency

Your role in our mission

1. Website & Digital Marketing Copywriting (40%)

- Write and optimize website content, landing pages, and digital ad copy to improve engagement and conversions.
- Ensure all digital content is SEO-friendly and aligns with Gain wells brand voice.
- Collaborate with designers to ensure cohesion between visual and written content.

2. Social Media & Campaign Messaging (30%)

- Develop LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media content targeting healthcare and public sector audiences.
- Create copy for paid ad campaigns, email marketing, and display ads.
- Write scripted video content to support multimedia production efforts.

3. Internal Communications & Editorial Support (30%)

- Assist with internal newsletters, employee communications, and corporate messaging.
- Support HR and leadership teams in developing employee engagement content.
- Provide proofreading and editing support for key business materials.

Required Qualifications:

- 3-6 years of experience in copywriting, content marketing, or digital marketing writing.
- Strong understanding of SEO, digital advertising, and social media content creation.
- Ability to adapt writing style for different platforms and audiences.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to write error-free content.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience writing for public sector, healthcare, or enterprise B2B audiences.
- Knowledge of email marketing best practices and automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo)
