Mep Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Technician to join our Engineering Maintenance team The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in a hospital environment with a strong understanding of NABH standards and compliance requirements Key Responsibilities Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing MEP systems within the hospital Ensure proper functioning of HVAC electrical panels power distribution systems plumbing and medical gas pipelines Monitor and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime Maintain records of inspections maintenance schedules and repairs in compliance with NABH guidelines Support facility readiness for NABH and other audits by ensuring all systems are well-maintained and documented Coordinate with vendors and service providers for specialized repairs and installations Adhere to safety standards and hospital protocols at all times Desired Candidate Profile Diploma ITI in Mechanical Electrical Plumbing or equivalent Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a hospital setup mandatory Good knowledge of NABH standards related to facility management and safety Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Willingness to work in shifts as per hospital requirements What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work in a NABH-accredited hospital Supportive work environment with professional growth opportunities How to Apply Interested candidates may send their updated resume to hr klm meditrinahospital com Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 18 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Education Diploma Required Experience MEP 2 years Required Location Kollam Kerala Required Work Location In person
