Key Responsibilities Conduct training on refraction, dispensing, and optical techniques. Use role plays and innovative methods to improve learning effectiveness. Track trainee performance and provide timely feedback. Develop and update training content as per business needs. Visit stores for on-ground coaching, mock sessions, and skill assessments. Requirements Bachelor's in Optometry (mandatory). 23 years of training experience; retail/optical background preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills. Willingness to travel for store training.
