Job Description Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Associate Manager to join our team at Aditya Birla Capital. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth, managing a team of sales associates, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities - Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. - Manage and mentor a team of sales associates to ensure they meet sales goals and deliver excellent customer service. - Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. - Conduct regular training sessions for sales staff to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. - Coordinate with marketing teams to align promotional efforts with sales objectives. - Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with supply chain to ensure availability of products for sales. - Prepare sales reports and presentations for upper management. - Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners. Skills and Qualifications - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools. - Ability to lead and motivate a team. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. - Basic knowledge of financial principles and budgeting.
