Role Overview:

We&aposre looking for a hospital management intern to assist with operations research, workflow mapping, and organizational analysis that supports the integration of tech within healthcare spaces. This role is ideal for someone passionate about healthcare systems, hospital operations, and strategic implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct secondary research on hospital administration practices, care pathways, and operational bottlenecks

* Assist in developing workflow diagrams, patient experience journeys, and digital adoption strategies

* Support in analyzing hospital policies, administrative structures, and patient engagement models

* Contribute to the development of implementation frameworks for NPPD Care&aposs solutions within hospital settings

* Work with the team on internal documentation and strategy

* Identify trends in healthcare facility management, hospital tech adoption, and quality assurance practices

* Summarize findings in reports, briefs, or presentations

Qualifications:

* Strong interest in hospital administration, healthcare operations, or health systems management

* Excellent analytical and communication skills

* Comfortable with documentation, presentation, and research tools

* Ability to work independently in a remote setting

* Basic exposure to hospital environments or related coursework is a plus
