Customer Relationship Management Build rapport with customers by showing empathy and understanding. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business. Promote relevant products or services when appropriate (upselling or cross-selling). Team Collaboration Work closely with sales, technical support, logistics, and product teams to resolve customer issues.
