Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage the finishing works on site to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to coordinate project activities and timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare daily reports on site activities and report any issues or delays to the project manager.
- Ensure that all finishing materials are ordered and delivered on time, and manage stock levels on site.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in site engineering, specifically in finishing works.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and finishing techniques.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with contractors, suppliers, and team members.
- Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
