We are looking for a senior leader who comes with strong offline and online experience to lead brand management for our marquee Brand. This is a strategic brand management role which requires the incumbent to lead and take end to end accountability to strengthen the brand in the country across all channels. This would involve buying, merchandising and operations for both Online and Offline channels for an IB brand . This role requires extensive collaboration with the global brand team for product selection on a regular basis. A comprehensive role which involves all aspects of business including Analytics, financial planning, range planning and managing direct and functional teams. Responsible for Business Growth & Profitability (topline, bottom-line) for the portfolio including Inventory Planning, Assortment and directly managing the Buying and merchandising teams while working functionally with the global brand and local Sourcing, Design, Planning, Business Finance & Marketing teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead brand management, buying, merchandising, and operations for a International brand across both online and offline channels.

• Drive business growth and profitability, overseeing topline, bottom-line, and inventory planning.
• Collaborate extensively with the global brand team for product selection, assortment, and merchandising strategies.

• Lead and manage pricing strategies to optimize profitability and market competitiveness.

• Develop and implement a robust supply chain and logistics strategy for seamless operations.

Oversee the P&L, BM%, GM%, and cost structures, ensuring financial health of the brand.

• Formulate and execute marketing strategies in partnership with the Marketing and Customer teams.

• Spearhead the launch of the channel, establishing a strong digital presence in the market.

Qualifications & Experience

• 12+ years of experience in Apparel Buying & Merchandising, with a strong background in brand management.

• Proven expertise in both online and offline retail operations (offline experience is mandatory).

• Strong understanding of Western Wear categories and product selection expertise.

• Proficiency in analytics, financial planning, and range planning to drive data-informed decisions.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to engage and align cross functional teams.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, working effectively with senior leaders, peers, and team members.
