About the Role
We are seeking a Channel Relationship Management professional to work with our Last Mile Team managing end-to-end station operations and channel partner management.
This role presents great challenges in dealing with front-line management and driving scalable and continuous improvements across our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the custodian of processes and SOPs for the allotted program and consistently challenge and innovate to improve existing ones.
- Provide out-of-the-box solutions to enhance quality standards, reduce waste, and eliminate unnecessary work.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver customer orders through the last mile network.
- Ensure high all-around performance in quality and customer experience through our last-mile delivery and pick-up operations.
- Liaise with training teams to develop and update training materials on an ongoing basis.
- Implement new processes and ensure standardization across locations.
- Use data-driven approaches to solve problems and develop solutions to reduce losses and optimize operational costs.
Demonstrated Abilities

- Candidates should have strong analytical skills, communication skills, and the ability to think big.
- Experience with employee and performance management, process improvement, or lean techniques is preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
- Flexible scheduling is necessary, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
