The Solution:

You Join the academic team of FACE Prep as a Technical Mentor.

Responsibilities:

Passion for teaching and training

Strong technical skills in areas such as coding, software development, or IT

Ability to provide constructive feedback on projects

Strong interpersonal skills

Familiarity with industry trends

Client relationship management

Relevant experience in curriculum design and instructional design is added advantage

Experience in conducting mentorship sessions and guiding students

Passion for helping students succeed in their tech careers

Conduct hands-on practical training sessions to reinforce student's technical skills.

Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to organize industry-relevant workshops and seminars.

Actively engage in personal and professional development activities to keep students aligned with industry trends.

Monitor and maintain data on student progress, including attendance, assessment scores, and assignment performance.

Qualifications:

Education: M.tech in Computer Science streams, such as Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Data Science and Analytics, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, and Embedded Systems.

Skills: Excellent communication skills, a passion for teaching, and demonstrated expertise in programming (C, C++, Python, Java, SQL, PHP or DSA). Compensation: 1. Rs.6LPA CTC(4,50,000 LPA (fixed) with an additional 1LPA as annual retention bonus and 50,000 PhD benefits. 2. Until the academic commitments are completed the candidates will be paid Rs.15,000 per month stipend.
