Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Develop creative visual concepts, designs, and layouts for digital and print marketing materials. - Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, and marketing teams to translate concepts into engaging visual designs. - Create high-quality graphics for social media, websites, presentations, advertising campaigns, and branding materials. - Ensure consistency and alignment with brand identity across all creative deliverables. - Utilize design tools (primarily Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) to produce impactful visual content. - Stay updated on design trends, color theory, typography, and layout techniques to maintain innovation and relevance. - Adapt and optimize visuals for different platforms, ensuring responsiveness and performance. - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail. - Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to enhance campaign effectiveness. Desired Candidate Profile: - Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field. - 13 years of experience in graphic design or visual communication. - Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and branding principles. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro). - Experience designing creatives for social media, digital campaigns, and print media. - Strong aesthetic sense with attention to detail and innovation. - Ability to work collaboratively within a team and handle feedback constructively. - Excellent communication and time management skills. - A strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical expertise is a must.
