Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and qualified TGT Chemistry Teacher to teach Classes 9 and 10. The ideal candidate should be able to explain complex scientific concepts with clarity and connect theoretical knowledge with practical applications, fostering analytical and experimental skills among students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging Chemistry lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum for Grades 9 & 10
- Conduct practical lab sessions with a strong focus on safety and concept reinforcement
- Create lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments that meet academic standards
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to students and parents
- Encourage scientific inquiry, experimentation, and critical thinking
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Actively participate in school events, science exhibitions, workshops, and staff meetings

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemistry or related discipline
- B.Ed. from a recognized institution (mandatory)
- Minimum 23 years of teaching experience at the secondary level in a CBSE-affiliated school
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English
- Proficiency in conducting lab-based learning

- Effective classroom management and discipline
- Familiarity with digital teaching aids and smart-class tools

Compensation & Benefits:

- Salary: 45,000/month
- Bond: 2 to 3 years mandatory
- Accommodation: Shared accommodation available for female staff
- HRA: Up to 5,000 if accommodation is not taken
- Meals: School provides meals till evening (breakfast, lunch, snacks). Candidates must manage their own dinner.
